Gentle Flow Yoga:
This prana or breath flow style yoga class is for beginners and advanced students alike. You will be lead through a gentle yogic sequence to create space in the body and peace in the mind. Stretch flow and vibe with Lindsay as she introduces breathing tools to release stress and toxins in the blood and organs of the body. The class will close with a healing crystal sound bowl meditation by Daniela Botur where the soothing vibrations of sound facilitate with ease a deep meditative state of relaxation. This session will help you experience the expansiveness of your energetic body.
